The following 3 bulls are headed to the collection center (Integrated Breeder Services in Hearne, TX) at the end of December 2019 to collect for domestic use.  Semen will be available in limited quantities of 300 straws per bull.  If you are interested, contact Z6 Cattle to reserve your straws.

Export semen will be made available in 2020.

All semen is sold in canes of 10 straws/units at $50 per straw.

Z6 Cattle Rowdy is an exciting and unprecedentedly bred Wagyu sire.  He is tremendously bred to produce phenomenal F1 carcasses AND he is a rare gem to use with fullblood Wagyu, producing amazingly refined Wagyu females targeted for moderate growth, extreme marbling and fineness of marbling, and large loin size.

Z6 Cattle Rowdy, ideally bred, combines two of the highest quality meat sires ever to leave Japan – Itoshigenami TF148 and Michifuku with the great growth of the Okutani maternal line.  TF148 has been extensively used and is well proven as a terminal sire for extremely high marbling and good fineness of marbling.  Michifuku has been very well proven to produce huge loin and ribeye sizes with extremely high marbling and fineness of marbling.

The grand-dam is no other than Fujiko – combining Haruki II and Okutani.  She is a full sister to Genjiro, a sire whose progeny and genomic data show very high growth and marbling.  Genjiro semen, if found, commands prices in excess of $1,000 per straw.  Okutani, one of the original 3 females imported from Japan, is considered the most potent and powerful for marbling and meat qualities.  However, very few progeny exist by Okutani. Combining Okutani and Itoshigenami creates a double cross of Shigeshigenami – a world renown, premier sire.

Z6 Cattle Kanadagene 101 is sired by no other than Kanadagene 101, perhaps the rarest of all.  Kanadagene 101 is a supernatural mating between Haruki II and Rikitani and is a close sibling to Longford Honjo, Tojo, and Zaki – all sires found in Australia with extremely high EBVs for marbling, marbling fineness, and large eye muscle area).  Z6C Kanadagene 101 G3 is one of  only two fullblood wagyu sired by Kanadagene 101 and registered in the American and Australian Wagyu Associations.  The one other progeny is a gorgeous heifer, Z6 Cattle Kanadatani 101 G2.

In a rare opportunity, Z6 Cattle Kanadagene 101 G3 combines a double cross of Monjiro with Rikitani and Suzutani in one superb package to improve growth, muscling, and meat quality all while maintaining marbling consistency.
